Shipping

Currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon—we’re working on it.
Returns
We want you to love your vintage finds, but we totally get that sometimes something just isn’t the right fit.
14-Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn, unused, and with any original tags or packaging intact.
Because our pieces are vintage and often one-of-a-kind, all returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item is returned outside the 14-day window or does not meet our return conditions, the return may be denied.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, minor signs of age, wear, fading, or other imperfections that have been disclosed in the product listing are considered part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.
Questions?
For return requests or questions, please contact info@chameleonsoulvintage.com within 14 days of delivery.
Vintage Condition
Vintage is meant to have a little history. All pieces are vintage and/or pre-owned and may show natural signs of wear, including fading, patina, or minor imperfections.
We carefully inspect and describe each piece, and any notable flaws will be called out in the listing. Unless otherwise stated, please don’t expect vintage pieces to look brand new—that’s part of the charm.
